First Sprint’s, now T-Mobile USA’s supposed pricing for the Samsung Galaxy Tab has emerged. The 7-inch Android Froyo slate will apparently be priced at $399 with a new, two-year agreement (and after a $50 mail-in rebate), according to a T-Mobile dealer document TmoNews acquired, while the contract-free price is $649.
That fits in with the Sprint figures – which suggested $399 on contract and $599 without – though of course the T-Mobile version of the Galaxy Tab will use a GSM UMTS modem while the Sprint gets a CDMA EVDO Rev.A modem. Otherwise the specs T-Mobile give are basically in line with what we’ve heard before about the Samsung tablet.
No word on T-Mobile’s release date, but Sprint was expecting the slate to drop on November 14 2010.
