I received this router as a substitute of a Sitecom one that broke down. It was supposed to be new but when it arrived appeared to be slightly dirty. I sent it back the day after because (of course) it wasn't working so after more than 20 days wait I got my router back from India, fixed and dirtier than before, wrapped up in a very bad way. Now I have a working router finally and I'm very happy with it so far. Another and last annoyance is that my antivirus Kaspersky detected a TROJAN in the original CD with the drivers! Yes you heard right! And here it is: Trojan program Backdoor.Win32.RAdmin.ag in D:/xtras/regxtra121.x32. Lucky I had Kaspersky because Norton doesn't detect it. I voted this product "poor" because I disliked the idea of malaware in the original CD provided with the router, simply unacceptable. Philips assistance phoned to reassure me that Philips does not put viruses in their CDs and that Kaspersky Antivirus must be wrong. To the owners of Kaspersky, please try and download the CD from Philips website... you will verify that this backdoor trojan is there also.
Very last annoying detail, the blue leds on the front of the router are so bright to make it impossible to face it. I first turned it... lastly I hide it away because I could not watch a film in the dark of my room without being blinded by the blue bright lights of its leds. Sounds silly but true.
